Digital Diplomas

Introducing Digital Diplomas for Spring 2023 Graduates and Beyond.......
K-State has teamed up with Parchment to begin offering an official digital version of your diploma starting with the spring 2023 graduation.

All students earning an Associate, Bachelor, Master, Doctoral degree as of Spring 2023 will not only receive an original hard copy of their diploma but will also receive an official digital version.

Additionally, students earning an official credit bearing Certificate will also be included in the official digital process.

Please NOTE: Certificates will not be mailed out at the University level via a hard copy option but are being offered to all students starting spring 2023 forward as a digital certificate option.  Some Colleges/Academic Departments may still choose to issue a hard copy Certificate but it is not required.

Congratulations, Wildcat!

You're proud and you've worked hard. Now it's time to celebrate your achievement, thank those who matter to you most, and let your credentials go to work for you.

It's fast, free, and sharable

Celebrate your accomplishment with those who supported you along the way -- your family, friends, and colleagues. Share with potential employers to kick-start the next step in your journey or career.

Upon completion of a degree or certification program, graduates will receive an email and text notification with instructions for electronically claiming their diploma or certificate.  We are introducing digital diplomas and certificates for the first time so only select students are candidates for receiving them.  They include: spring 2023 graduates and beyond.  Students who graduated before Spring 2023 are not eligible for this service.
