Institutional Risk Management

Purpose

Institutional Risk Management (IRM) advances Kansas State University’s vision of becoming the next generation land grant university by proactively managing risks that impact the university’s strategic goals and mission. IRM provides a framework for continuously identifying, assessing and mitigating risks throughout all levels of the university. It also provides assurance to internal and external stakeholders that processes are in place to effectively manage the university's risk profile.
