Performance Management Process
The Performance Management Process requires all university support staff to be consistently evaluated across all departments.
With the Performance Management Process, mid-year discussions and annual performance reviews are conducted on a set range of dates. For most employees the first mid-year discussions occur between April 1 and June 30 and annual performance reviews are due between November 1 and January 31 every year.
