Kansas Iota is the Top Chapter in the Nation!
At the 2008 Phi Kappa Theta Leadership Institute, the Kansas Iota Chapter was awarded the Founder's Cup, recognizing our chapter as the top Phi Kap chapter in the nation. Our chapter has now won this award 3 of the last 4 years.
Kansas Iota was also awarded the John F. Kennedy Award for the most outstanding Associate Membership Program in the Nation. Cited in the award was our Chapter's strong anti-hazing stance and programing to develope Associate Members into effective leaders in the Chapter and Community. We are honored to receive these awards, and will strive for another year of excellence at Phi Kappa Theta.
Greek Awards 2008
At this year's Greek Award Banquet, Phi Kappa Theta was honored with several awards. The event was held on April 27th and was hosted by K-State Greek Affairs. Chapters submitted award applications and were selected based on merit. Phi Kappa Theta was awarded the "Outstanding Recruitment Programming" award in the Gold Division. In the Silver Division, Phi Kap was awarded the "Outstanding Scholarship Programming" and the "Outstanding Risk Management Programming" awards. In the Bronze division, Phi Kap was awarded the "Outstanding Alumni Relations Programming" award. We are very proud of our accomplishments and will continue to work hard to remain one of K-State's premier fraternities. Congratulations guys!
