Welcome to Kansas Campus Compact
Kansas Campus Compact is part of a growing national coalition of college and university presidents established to encourage and support campus engagement in the community.
Through innovative student, faculty and institutional participation in service, higher education can meet its public trust
to inspire an active, responsible and committed citizenry while helping to solve society's most pressing needs. Kansas
Campus Compact encourages civic discourse and debate and assists higher education institutions in the creation of partnerships
with the community.
Some of Kansas Campus Compact's most successful programs are WaterLINK, AmeriCorps*VISTA, AmeriCorps*National (M3C Fellows), AmeriCorps*Kansas (Campus-Community Youth Service Corps), Public Issues Forums, Student Voice, and Kansas Campus Compact Awards.
Founded in 2003, Kansas Campus Compact is one of 33 state chapters of Campus Compact.
