The HRIS Access Report has been created to assist department personnel specialists in tracking HRIS security access for those in their department. The HRIS Access report provides each employee's name, eID (electronic ID), roles and department.

iTAC Security Administration maintains all systems security and eliminates access for those who have separated from the university. To assist with this process, please run the HRIS Access Report and submit a HRIS Access Form with the action "Delete" indicated for those who no longer need access to HRIS.

Calendar year 2004 time and leave records and leave accrual data have been archived to CD and removed from HRIS. We have moved calendar year 2006 time and leave records and leave accrual data to the history pages in HRIS. To access time & leave records for calendar year 2005 or 2006, go to Time & Leave>Review>Employee Work History. To access leave accrual history, go to Time & Leave>Leave Accruals>Work History.
For your information a list of current payroll and employment dates are routinely published by the Division of Human Resources at http://www.k-state.edu/hr/ped/peddates.htm. Some of the dates included are academic year, fiscal year and summer dates. Begin and end dates for each semester, as well as student employment (hire) dates are also published. In addition there is a link to the biweekly pay periods and pay dates and the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) calendar. Questions regarding these dates may be addressed to the Division of Human Resources, 785-532-6277.
Please remember to submit personnel transactions with all of the required documentation. Items missing or not completed correctly will delay processing and sometimes delay paychecks.
