Payroll and Employee Data-Campus Phonebook

Each August, Student Publications Inc., accesses records from the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and the Student Information System (SIS) in order to create the Campus Phonebook.

Student information is provided by the Registrar's Office and the faculty/staff information is provided through the Division of Human Resources (HR). The information provided by HR includes employee name, campus address, work phone number, business title, home address and home phone number for active regular and temporary unclassified employees, as well as regular classified employees, including affiliated corporations. The employees' e-mail address is provided through Computing & Network Services.

Human Resources distributes "Employee Information Update Sheet" forms to faculty/staff members for verification of information prior to the printing of the Campus Phonebook. Employees submit corrections to their department personnel specialist, who submits them to HR. Employees wishing to exclude their home address and home telephone number from the phonebook must sign the appropriate section of the "Employee Information Update Sheet" form. An "Active Position Listing" is provided to departments to verify pertinent employee position-related information, including campus address and work phone number.
