Benefits Administration Training
The Benefits
Administration staff is available to conduct one-on-one training
sessions for department personnel specialists for any or
all of the following topics:
- Session I - retirement plans (KPERS and Kansas Board
of Regents),
supplemental investments, basic and supplemental life insurance (KPERS),
beneficiary designations -
conducted by Elizabeth Mowry Harbstreit
- Session II - health insurance plans, flexible spending accounts,
supplemental life insurance (TEA) -
conducted by R.J. Steelsmith
- Session III - worker’s compensation notifications and payments,
new
employee orientation enrollment -
conducted by Karla Quick
- Session IV - leave program administration, disability plans,
professional development -
conducted by Benefits Administration
Each session would be about an hour. Contact the Benefits
Administration office at BENADMIN@KSU.EDU to set up an
appointment. The date and time
for each training session is flexible. Just let us know your topic of
interest.
