Michael Krysko
Assistant Professor

Michael Krysko’s research and teaching specialties focus on the history of technology, mass media, and U.S. foreign relations (with a particular emphasis on American East-Asian relations). He is currently working on a book that explores American radio in East Asia from the 1920s through the 1940s. Dr. Krysko earned his Ph.D. at Stony Brook University in 2001 and spent five years on the history faculty at Dowling College in New York before joining the Department of History at Kansas State University in 2006.
