Most University procurement activities involve contracting with vendors outside the university. Contracts must be developed and managed in ways that maximize benefits to the university, minimize unintended consequences and enable the university to fulfill its contractual obligations and legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements. Contract templates expedite the procurement process. Purchasing and Contract Services utilized several Office of General Counsel preapproved templates to minimize risks in contracting while providing needed efficiencies in the contracting process.

  • Speaker/Lecturer/Entertainer Agreement
  • Purchase Order

Contract templates are facilitated by Purchasing and contract Services through the CLM.
