Primary responsibilities are to oversee the human resources/payroll function of the Division. Additional responsibilities include:

• Financial Services - accounting support for the Division and the Storeroom
• Special Services - key control, room scheduling, and special event coordination
• Mail Services - USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Campus mail plus the contract post office
• Motor Pool - daily rental fleet for KSU
• Vehicle Maintenance - maintenance and repair for KSU and State of Kansas Central Motor Pool fleet vehicles
