Supervising Students on the Job (Course number WTD 005)
Intended Audience: Any employee who leads or supervises
students at work.
OVERVIEW
This program focuses on specific issues and effective techniques associated
with supervising students on the job. It is designed for any individual
whose work unit depends upon student employees. Differences between managing
college students vs. career employees, communicating work performance
expectations, and motivating students will be covered.
