Registration
The
Participation
Agreement*
outlines the basic responsibilities of both the school and the ECC. Each
participating school within a district returns the Agreement/Enrollment
Form*
to the ECC. It is signed by both the district Superintendent and the school
Principal (See Participation Agreement section). Signed Agreements received
after the August 8, 2003 deadline will be assessed a $100 late fee.
Schools
are encouraged to enroll as early as possible to ensure timely delivery
of course materials and information. The Agreement carries no financial
risk to school districts. There is no deposit required. Payment of tuition
fees is delayed until enrollment numbers are verified in mid-September.
Tuition
fees are based solely on a per-student fee schedule for each course.
Billing
The
ECC will process invoices on September 15, 2003, according to the number
of students enrolled in each course. The billing procedure is as follows:
September
3, 2003 Schools
provide the ECC with tentative class enrollment.
September
12, 2003 Schools
verify official class enrollment. All drops and adds must be made by
this date.
September
15, 2003 The
ECC invoices participating schools.
