We provide these links as a convenience to our students. K-State is responsible for K-State departments and services only and makes no recommendation or promise regarding any external entities.
Accessible parking is available through K-State Parking Services at convenient locations across campus.
The DSS Shuttle Service is provided by the University for students with either a temporary or a permanent disability. The shuttle is equipped with a hydraulic lift and provides transportation on-campus. Students must apply to ride the shuttle, provide documentation of their disability, and fill out a schedule. Those with temporary disabilities will be charged $1.00 per day for use of the shuttle.

The ATA Bus provides transportation for people with disabilities in the Manhattan and Riley County area. The cost is $1.75 each way within the City limits. Outside the City limits, the cost is $3.50 each way.
Transportation is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The last scheduled pick-up time is between 4:15 - 4:30 p.m.
Call 537-6345 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. to schedule rides. Call 24 hours in advance to ensure a ride.
Taxi Coupon Program: The City of Manhattan has a taxi coupon program available to provide safe, economical and dependable taxi service for disabled and senior citizens with low incomes.
