Christine Aikens receives an

NSF CAREER Award

Assistant Professor Christine Aikens is the latest member of our department to be recognized with an NSF CAREER award. Her project “Theoretical Development of Bio-Inspired Water Splitting Photocatalysts” will receive $599,950 in support for the period Aug. 1, 2010 to July 31, 2015. She will also utilize her computational expertise in developing visualization modules for use in our Chemistry 1 laboratories. Congratulations, Christine!
