Minimum requirements include a B.S. or B.A. degree in biology or related field, 1-2 years experience in molecular biology (laboratory skill set described above), basic computer skills (e.g., word processing and spreadsheets), and familiarity with, or willingness to learn, basic growth chamber/greenhouse plant care.
