STATEMENT:

In graphic design, typography is the basic grammar and foundation for nearly all forms of visual communication, whether it be print, video or digital media. Typography has the ability to communicate ideas in a very meaningful and powerful manner. Within the past fifteen years, technology has had a immense impact on both typographic form and typographic organization of space. Computers have given designers the ability to conceptualize, experiment and personalize typography like never before. Building upon these precepts and phenomena, I wanted to explore the convergence of different visual communication delivery formats in relationship to typography and technology. Trying to analyze and create new perceptions of graphic design.
