ARTIST'S
STATEMENT
Though
there is some thread of unity that weaves through my
work, I see each individual piece as having it's own
content. I find inspiration in life forms, including
the human figure, plus land and rock formations, the
order of mechanization, the order of symmetry, the juxtaposition
of contrasting elements and the inner character of mass.
I
like to think that my work has a sense of timeless existence.
That it has the capacity to attract as well as repel.
That it shares it's sense of life with both nature and
the mechanized world. I try to communicate the way I
feel through my work. The way it makes others feel is
partly up to them and partly up to me.
